At Prism Smoke Shop, we strive for total satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not completely happy, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, used glassware or accessories cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the unused item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories to ensure it arrives back at our facility without any damage.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team verifies the item is in its original, unused condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
